The Reawakening of Spring
For this project, based on an artistic prompt, I was tasked with creating imagery inspired by “The Reawakening of Spring.” I explored a range of media, including paint, charcoal, and photography.
These image studies were combined with realistic imagery and further manipulated through scanning. The goal was to capture the energy, transformation, and intensity of both spring and spoken-word performance. The result is an expressive poster for a slam poetry event, blending traditional and experimental techniques to create a dynamic final composition.
